Only draw back is, since the material is not water repellent, if you are walking on muddy roads, your feet gets that wet feeling you never want. I stepped on a twig in the back yard, went between the toes and tore the fabric on the big toe, and it's caused a few blisters since then.

We shove them into small shoes and socks and pretend they don't exist when walking around or exercising.With the Skeletoes, you get more protection on sole than the VFF KSO but does not feel the ground as much – you’ll lose a lot of ground feel. The only time I experienced damp toes was when the upper got wet, which isn’t any different than a normal shoe.
