Description

With two different frequencies available, your business can benefit from higher wireless speed and even greater range. Routers sometimes additionally do NAT, do wireless, and have eg modems built-in - things that have nothing to do with being a router. The ksoftirqd/[123] tasks are sometimes seen sharing some of the load for about a second or two and when they do the overall bit rate is higher (seen 600 Mbits/s over about 15 secs when this happens).

It looks like the overall CPU usage is about 40% while the download is going on, but not sure how to see specific CPU core usages. A bridge is very similar to an ethernet switch, but switches sometimes have more ports, and only do ethernet, with no other kinds of interfaces. For all intents and purposes, the Internet only sees ONE device connected, the router, it has no clue how many devices are on the other side.

I'm not exactly in a large house though, I think I'd need the higher end AP that supposedly has better range if I was, though for guarantees range sticking a NanoHD at both ends of a house or maybe one on the lower floor and one on the upper.

Fast, my current modem/router cannot work on its own however it can link with the existing Huawei modem and linked me to this page. Whether you've got a business to power or you're a seriously committed gamer, never slow down with a FRITZ!This lets you incorporate devices into your home network using your home’s electricity supply – and there’s no need to lay any new cables. I had upgraded to 65mbps but had seen little improvement from the previous 35mbps and was about to switch back down. The basic principle is the Internet is broken up into smaller subnets and a router passes IP traffic between different subnets, because they can't see each other directly but know from the routing table which gateway is connected to which subnet. Hopefully, one day, when I have the time, I will be able to connect it directly to the phoneline over the summer. We chose Zen because of the company's breadth of knowledge, not just in broadband connectivity but in the range of services it can layer on top.
