I bought this book for my class in Pharmaceutical Technology and with a strong background in Physical Chemistry I found this book very good for the transition from Physical Chemistry to Physical Pharmacy.

It it a bit long-winded and sometimes difficult to understand, but maybe it is because i dislike pharmaceutics! At the same time the editors have striven to maintain the accessibility of the text for students of pharmacy, preserving the balance between being a suitably pitched introductory text and a clear reflection of the state of the art.
