Description

Kingsman: The Red Diamond is a brand new Eggsy adventure as he follows in his mentor's footsteps, but still rough-around-the-edges for a Kingsman agent.

Three sequels, subtitled Mum's the Word, The Big Exit, and The Red Diamond, followed in 2016, 2017, and 2018 respectively. In December 2017, Vaughn provided insight into his plans for the untitled film, confirming there would be one massive new addition to the cast, though he has not decided who would play the role yet. On 18 March 2016, Edward Holcroft was also confirmed to reprise his role as Charles "Charlie" Hesketh. The first volume, The Secret Service (2012–13), written by Mark Millar and illustrated by Dave Gibbons, is set over the course of three years. KINGSMAN THE GOLDEN CIRCLE has been reassigned to fall duty instead of summer: October 6, 2017 is in, June 16 is out" (Tweet) – via Twitter.

Mark Hamill was cast as Professor James Arnold, a reference to his character in the source comic book being himself. It was initially reported in 2013 that Leonardo DiCaprio was in talks to play a villain, [8] although Vaughn himself later denied that he was ever considered, stating that he came as close to playing the role "as I am to becoming the Pope".

The characters just felt more fleshed-out and more quirky/original in the movie and the thrills were more.

In an epilogue, Gary reads his uncle's will, revealing that two-thirds of Jack's estate will go to the Royal National Lifeboat Institution and the British Heart Foundation, the final third going to Gary's mother, informing Gary to take good care of his gadget-laden car, or he will "come back and bloody haunt him.Kingsman: The Golden Circle: The Official Movie Novelization, the novelization of the 2017 film Kingsman: The Golden Circle, written by Tim Waggoner, was released on September 22, 2017. His DC Comics work includes the seminal Superman: Red Son, and at Marvel Comics he created The Ultimates – selected by Time magazine as the comic book of the decade, Wolverine: Old Man Logan, and Civil War – the industry’s biggest-selling superhero series in almost two decades. Kingsman: The Golden Circle was originally scheduled for release on June 16, 2017, by 20th Century Fox, but was pushed back to October 6. Netflix said Millar, who received an MBE for services to film and literature in 2013, and his company would remain based in Glasgow.

I generally like Mark Millar’s Millarworld books but I couldn’t believe how derivative so much of this book was. In June 2018, Vaughn announced that a prequel film was in active development, stating that the plot would take place during the early 1900s and depict the formation of the spy agency, and that the project would be filmed back-to-back with "the third regular Kingsman film". While the marketing campaign doesn’t make a huge deal out of it, this weekend’s Kingsman: The Secret Service is, in fact, a comic book adaptation. He just shows up (routinely) and saves Eggsy from his trashy, thug ish shenanigans with this odd Get Out of Jail Free card that he flashes at the local police.

In a win for gender and diversity, it makes the villain a black man (Samuel L Jackson as Richmond Valentine) and his henchman, Gazelle, a woman. perhaps blame it on me only hearing of KINGSMAN from the film and not knowing the graphic novels existed till awhile afterwards. Finding them in a hotel room together, Arnold doesn’t hesitate or wait for London to open the door before Gazelle shoots him in the head through the peephole.
