The drama in the elevator definitely got on my nerves a little bit in the first half of the book because of all the characters bickering back and forth. The reader wants to take the emotional ride with the character and it can not be done with head jumping.

The story is told via multiple third-person perspectives and one first-person narrative, which was my favourite, despite all the craziness going on in the elevator.
