Description

Bloated with corruption and sworn to Grandfather Nurgle’s service, the disgusting, rotted bodies of the Death Guard stink of decay, the joints of their armour dribbling putrescent slime that corrodes metal and burns flesh. These horrific disfigurements only enhance their skill as killers – each of Mortarion’s sons is a fearsome warrior who brings death and infection wherever they tread. To discover any foe lurking within a space hulk is a worrying thought, but the Death Guard’s presence is the stuff of nightmares. This one is strange because a lot of the value comes from the Plague Marines, and considering the reinforcements box is so expensive for three minis; it’s hard to say. The crisis deepens – Angron is loose , Vashtorr is scheming , and Abaddon’s Arks of Omen are voyaging to every corner of the galaxy in search of who knows what. The Imperium is scrambling to regain the upper hand, dispatching boarding parties in a last-ditch attempt to stop the Warmaster’s vile plans. Acolyte Hybrids/Hybrids are always fun to put on the field, and this has plenty! But again, like the Daemons box, it is a little specific, so if you want Hybrids, this box is awesome; if you don’t, it’s not for you. Death Guard

For a closer look at the Wrath of The Soul Forge King, join the Hang Out and Paint team, which will go live on the Warhammer Twitch channel on Friday. They’ll also be chatting about the next stage of 2023’s Armies on Parade, which is themed around Supreme Command. On Warhammer Community, we’ll have reveals for three different games**, more details of Vashtorr and the impact he can have both on and off the battlefield, and plenty more besides. You can actually save quite a bit of money with some of these (assuming that these models are the models you want). I wasn’t too enthusiastic about the Space Marine Boarding Action because it basically seemed like you were buying Heavy Intercessors and Assault Intercessors, and got an HQ unit free. Good if you like it, but kinda bland. But the other boxes, which have been announced but are not yet available for sale, look like really great values. What are the Best Value Boarding Patrols? Finally, a box without a ton of Poxwalkers! This box is pretty solid as you get a lot of troops but not a giant number of models overall. Represent your chosen steeds in battle – be they Noble or Fallen – with one of these sets of 15 dice. Both feature a helmed icon on the 6 face, and Imperial Knights get a two-tone blue dice with silvery pips, while the Chaos Knights get a two-tone red dice with golden pips.If we cannot deliver the goods within this time we will tell the consumer immediately and agree on another time for delivery. The Raven Guard were the first Legion to test the now ubiquitous Mark VI ‘Corvus’ Pattern armour. These upgrades let you equip your units with retro-style prototype helmets, and shoulder pads embellished with their corvine emblem. Alpha Legion MKVI Upgrades The only problem? Everyone else wants in on the action, and now the whole galaxy is boarding the Arks of Omen in search of glory, treasure, or just a big punch-up. In fact, four more Boarding Patrol boxes are preparing for launch in the near future – and only one of them might be said to have the Emperor’s best interests at heart…

Well, the value is pretty decent, but again, it comes down to whether you need the units inside. If you don’t need a single unit, the box value goes way down. However, if you need everything inside, you get the 10 Acolyte Hybrids for close to free! The premier assassin of the Alpha Legion is identified only as Exodus. Is this master sniper one man, or many sharing the same appearance? Confound your opponent with the baffling implications of this chicanery before plugging their high-value targets right in the beaky with the help of this shadowy death-dealer. Traitor Esoterist ConsulBoarding Patrol: Death Guard provides a relentlessly tough force of Death Guard infantry, perfectly suited to gunning down and cutting up foes in games of Warhammer 40,000 – especially in the dense and deadly Boarding Action missions detailed in the Arks of Omen series – and will save you money compared to buying the kits individually. Miniatures Material: Plastic (Please note all miniatures come unpainted as new – some assembly is required) All models are supplied with their appropriate bases. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints. Alongside these, the Space Marine Boarding Patrol that’s out now, and the three further sets recently announced for the Necrons, Tyranids, and Grey Knights, there are even more boxes to come for other factions in the 41st Millennium. This box can be used to assemble a variety of units – the recommended build for Boarding Action games is a Lord of Virulence, two units of five Plague Marines, and three Deathshroud.

This Boarding Patrol contains 17 models in total – one gunslinging Kelermorph inspires a team of 10 Acolyte Hybrids, who can also be built as Hybrid Metamorphs, while a hulking Abominant is joined by his little Mindwyrm Familiar friend, and five nearly-as-hulking Aberrants. This set also contains a skittering Venomcrawler, two hulking Obliterators, and 10 Chaos Cultists who are waaay out of their depth on Team Vashtorr, facing down 10 Intercessors and five Deathwing Terminators who make up Azrael’s honour guard. You also get two Dark Angels Primaris Upgrade frames and a set of 155 Dark Angels transfers. Vashtorr Dice Set Genestealer Cults propagate across the galaxy by stowing away in transport vessels and settling in for the long haul, or forcefully commandeering ships. This skilled insurgent team is made up of a Kelemorph, an Abominant, five Aberrants, and 10 Acolyte Hybrids – who can also be built as Hybrid Metamorphs. Imperial Knights Dice Set and Chaos Knights Dice Set These dynamic new sculpts of Faramir, Madril, and Damrod, Rangers of Ithilien were first found in the incredible The Lord of the Rings™ Battle of Osgiliath boxed set. These versatile and mighty heroes are now available together in their own box, each with a choice of ruins or wooded scenery for their base. Gothmog™, Lieutenant of Sauron™
