Snog Marry Avoid? is a British reality television show broadcast on BBC Three, produced by Remarkable Television. The first four series were presented by Atomic Kitten member Jenny Frost, with Ellie Taylor presenting from the fifth series onwards. The show focused mainly on transforming 'fakery obsessed' or 'slap addicts' in Britain into 'natural beauties' by stripping them of their "skimpy" clothes and layers of make-up and giving them a 'makeunder' instead of a makeover with the help of POD – the Personal Overhaul Device. The POD's commentary is created by comedian Doug Faulkner and is voiced by the series 1–3 producer. Also, the “Shag” option doesn’t mean friends with benefits, it’s just a one night stand. All soaps are welcome, whether British, American or australian, and you can also use 3 names from the same soaps, as well as use the same characters as much as you want (so long as it’s not with the exact same options as before!) but don’t worry if you don’t know who a character is, you could either google them or just swap them with a character you do know maybe? One thing you can’t do though, is choose more than one option for one character. Like you can’t shag and marry the same character unfortunately, it’s one of the other (and anyway if you choose to marry them you’d actually be able to shag them whenever you both want- how good is that?)
